I can tutor others in Algebra and Statistics because I've taught three courses at Ohio State University, where I also assisted in teaching more than ten others. My minor at Ohio State was in Statistics and I earned my PhD in City and Regional Planning. In fact, I tutored for the first time when I was eighteen, when I taught math to twenty high school students. I realized there's a difference between understanding a subject for yourself and helping others to understand the same thing. It built my perspective on how much work goes into each session and how much patience one needs to be helpful. Today I'm proud to be able to provide such help. Both of my parents were teachers and I was always proud of the role they had in the lives of those they taught. When I was younger, I'd attend my dad's classes and was fascinated by observing the classroom environment. My dad was actually well-known for his teaching methods at the school and the student-professor relationship was extremely valuable to him. He was an Inorganic Chemistry professor.Aside from helping students thrive in their courses, I like to travel, watch movies, work out, and socialize.
