Experience

I am a Professor of Architecture and Structural engineering, and love to teach! My experience has ranged from Math and SAT Tutoring Experience, career counseling, and architecture with building science. The students I have worked with are in all levels: from K-6, high-school level, undergraduate, and graduate level teaching. My passion is teaching and helping students unlock their potential, especially in subjects which are often considered difficult and science and math subjects.

Hobbies

My hobbies include: painting, calligraphy, hiking, surfing, biking, running, and yoga. I have many years of teaching and tutoring experience at all levels, have helped students see challenging problems and subjects with a new lens, and help them achieve small wins and confidence in topics that are challenging. I myself have struggled in math and science disciplines in the past, and with encouraging tutors and great teachers, chose a career in the math and sciences. I hope to take my experience and help students in areas that they need support to excel and become more self-reliant and engaged in those subjects.
