Experience
I've worked at UC Davis's Student Academic Success Center as a Calculus tutor for 3 years, with students one-on-one, in small groups, and in drop in rooms. I've also tutored students in middle school algebra. I really enjoy teaching and one of my favorite feelings is when a student I've tutored comes back and tells me they did well on an exam. It's really important for me to help guide students to solve problems by asking questions without giving them answer so they can learn problem solving techniques.
